TheStar.com - Sports - Yankees pound Jays 10-5: "The Toronto Blue Jays found a way to make things interesting Wednesday night after reality kicked rookie Jesse Litsch right in the gut.

Litsch, a mere 22 and the toast of the town two weeks ago when he pitched a gem in his big-league debut, was pounded for five runs and failed to escape the first inning. His teammates nearly rallied against the shaky New York Yankees, pulling within one a two-run shot by Matt Stairs in the seventh, but ultimately fell short in a 10-5 loss.

Some more dubious on-field antics by Alex Rodriguez in the ninth gave things a nasty turn. The Yankees scored four in the inning, three of them after Rodriguez seemed to yell 'Mine!' while running past third baseman Howie Clark as he settled under Jorge Posada's pop fly."
