TheStar.com - Sports - Blue Jays outlast Twins in marathon: "The script was perfect: The Blue Jays had their two best relievers lined up in the eighth and ninth innings last night to preserve a stellar seven-inning outing from Tomo Ohka.

But instead of a routine shutdown, the script had a nightmare ending hidden in it.

Casey Janssen and closer Jeremy Accardo, nearly untouchable most of the season, surrendered five runs between them in the final two innings to blow a 7-2 lead and leave a stunned Jays squad searching for salvation in extra innings.

It came in the 13th inning when Lyle Overbay singled to deliver Royce Clayton from third to seal a wacky 9-8 Jays' win over Minnesota before 31,434 at the Metrodome."
